The experimental verification of simulation-results is unavoidable for the judgment of the preci- sion and reliability of simulation-programs. The following article describes systematic experi- mental examinations to the checkup of a simulation-model on the basis of the deformation-theory which was conceived at the TU Dresden for the use in a very early stage of the part-development, in order to get a first assessment of the producability, and through it, to avoid high expenses and time in later stages. After first partially bigger deviations between simulation- and experimental results was to observe, the discussion of these results leed through the stimulation for a development of a multi-step simulation-model, with which was reached an essentially better agreement of the results with only negligibly higher time.
