All presentations will be given using the ZOOM-platform.
This means you will be sharing your screen to show your slides and will be giving your presentation live.

Each presentation is scheduled for 20 minutes. There will be 5 minutes for discussion after each presentation. Every session will have a chairperson as in normal conferences.

There will be no parallel sessions. Using the timeslot you had reserved for the conference you will be able to listen to all presentations and participate in the discussions. There will be breaks in the program. We are working to have rooms for group-meetings to see persons again and have a small talk to each other.

As an author you need to:

  • make sure that a presenting author is registered to give the presentation,
  • make sure you have access to ZOOM,
  • prepare your slides for a 20 minute presentation like for a regular conference,
  • enable a webcam so you can actually be seen during the conference,
  • ensure you have good bandwidth when joining the conference.
