Each presentation within SheMet 2023 must be presented by a paper within the proceedings of the conference. The paper has to be written in excellent English. The formatting has to be according to the publishers guidelines. The contributions must have a lenght of either 6 or 8 pages.
The journal has the following ISSN: 2474-3941 (print), ISSN 2474-395X (online). It is currently indext by CPCI, Scopus, Google Scholar, Inspec database, CAS and others. Your publication will thus be very visible and easy to share.
Therefor full paper peer reviews are mandatory for all contributions that are to be accepted and published within the proceedings. With respect to this requirement the schedule, that has yet to be announced, has to be kept very strictly. There will be no extension of deadlines for paper submission. All times are Central European Time (CET, Berlin).
The best contributions will asked to publish an extended version in a special issue of the sponsoring journal.
All presentations must be held in English.
Every accepted contribution is to be presented by a conference participant. Participants should not give more than 1 presentation. There will be a due date for registration to have your paper included in the proceedings.
